 Joe Fleming has been an active member of the NPYOA since 1998. He sails his ’69 P35, #103 out of Port Charlotte, Florida with his wife Vicky. Joe and "Windstar" have been featured in TPC many times and we are grateful for his many insightful comments and suggestions. He sent us this photo taken during the annual meeting of the Seven Seas Cruising Association and now we are able to put faces to names that have become so familiar to our readers.
