| About
the NPYOA The National Pearson Yacht Owners Association (NPYOA) was formed to strengthen the ties between thousands of Pearson Yacht owners. As a registered NPYOA member, you will have access to many replacement parts for your boat, as well as technical assistance on specific questions you might have regarding your particular Pearson Yacht. Our quarterly newsletter, The Pearson Current, which was published for almost eight years, has been archived on our Web site. The Pearson Current provided practical information on all aspects of owning, maintaining, and sailing a Pearson Yacht. This newsletter contains valuable information from Bill Shaw as well as articles from Pearson owners and other professional resources. We are proud to feature a column in which Bill Shaw, the designer of almost all the boats produced by the Pearson Yacht Corporation, answered many technical questions. All NPYOA members are encouraged to place classified advertisements with The Pearson Current. You can also directly input your own advert on our website. This is a free service to our members. The member’s classified section appears on our web site and is accessible to all visitors, members and non-members alike. Membership in the NPYOA consists of a one time membership fee that is used to support the maintenance of our association Web site. Please click here to fill out our membership application or contact us at pearsoncurrent@pipeline.com if you have any questions. The NPYOA values each member of our association and we sincerely look forward to working with you in any way we can to help you better enjoy your Pearson Yacht. |

The Pearson Marina is intended to serve as an archive of virtually every boat produced by the Pearson Yacht Corporation. Photographs, original documentation, manuals, specifications, and any information we gather on each model Pearson will be added to the slip assigned to each Pearson model. NPYOA members are encouraged to send us manuals, original brochures or any information on your Pearson for the Marina. We will return all information back to members as soon as we have entered it on our site. Copies of manuals etc. on file at the NPYOA will be made available to members on request. We sincerely thank you for your cooperation as we strive to build this valuable resource to all current and prospective Pearson owners. |
As the need to speed up the flow of member services, questions and information increased we introduced a members on line Forum. The NPYOA Forum is available to all members to post questions, issues, and queries specifically regarding their Pearson Yacht that might be addressed by other members who might have faced the issue themselves. All members are invited to enter into the dialogue and provide any assistance they can. The NPYOA Forum is not intended as a chat room and all entries are to be specific to issues of direct concern to owning, sailing, upgrading and maintaining a Pearson Yacht. Members are encouraged to use the sailnet.com chat room for general discussions. |
As we gather more recommendations from our many members regarding sources for equipment, parts, and services for our Pearson Yachts, this information, along with the resources address, e-mail and when available website is added to our association resources page. Members are encouraged to send in all suggestions for us to follow up on as we try to keep this listing as relevant and up to date as possible. |
