Okay--the purpose of this additional password is to allow you to maintain your own ad. For example, if you sell your boat, you'll want to delete it. You'll need a password to do so. If you decide you'd like to reword your ad to get a better response, you'll need a password to do so. The password ensures that only you can make these changes.
It doesn't matter what the password is as you're the only one who knows it. Some of you might want to use the same password you use to gain access to this website. Some of you might prefer something different. What's important is that you choose something you can remember.
